Returns & Exchanges

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all the products sold. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may request a refund or exchange for a different product on our website within 14 days of your purchase. 

Eligibility

In order for an item to be eligible for a refund or credit it must be returned in the same condition and packaging that they were received along with any tags and accompanying materials.

Items must not have been worn, washed, or damaged in anyway.

Refunds

A refund for items being returned will be issued for the amount paid at the time of purchase less shipping and handling. The refund will be applied to the form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within one week from the time the items are received by us. Once the refund is processed it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to be posted to your credit card or bank account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or because the item was damaged or defective at the time of purchase, please send us an email and please indicate the item you would like to exchange for. We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for will be in-stock. In the event we are not able exchange the item for the one you want we can either issue a refund or store credit in the form of a discount code that you can use a later date.
